In PowerDesigner, I simply want to activate a non-active (greyed out) Conceptual Diagram command. I tried Customize Menus and Tools, but there does not appear to be a way to activate a command. Very frustrating.

It would help if you told us which command you want to use, and your model notation. It's possible that it's not relevant in your model.
