Workflow Item Doesnt Open ??

I have a workflow set up for DRAW object . It sends email to the approver for release .

When the email reaches the approver and he tries to open the workitem in BW workplace ...it gives an error PC application not installed for this ??

What can be the reason , is there any special part that needs to be installed on the approvers system ???
