Hi:
The problem is solved, First I uninstalled all Oracle software and then I installed Oracle client 11G 32 bits and I got the connection from dbprofile in PowerBuilder.

I created a new oracle_home entry in the environmental variables and pointed it to the Oracle home Bin directory. Hurray.

Do you have the 32-bits Oracle client installed ?

I think it is a problem with your oracle installation or configuration.
Maybe your database is not correct defined in the tnsnames.ora file.
