Can you open attached object in GOS automatically in Personas 2.0?

We have Personas 2.0 and want to use GOS. It behaves differently from ECC GUI which brings up the attachment automatically when clicking it. In Personas 2.0, we have to save the file to view the attachment in a file directory rather than seeing it pop open automatically. Is there anyway to make it launch automatically with fewer steps like in ECC GUI?

Hi Lin,

Doing file operations over Personas is different than regular SAPGUI.
Note that there are some requirements to download/upload files, related to how the file will be transferred to the local computer.
Nevertheless, please consider adopting Personas 3.0, as Personas 2.0 will be out of support soon.
