Automaticaly fill a field with date in ITSM ?

Hi,

I have created a custom date, in SPRO and when an incident goes from status 4 to 5, the date is calculated.

I would however like to know how to create a custom field in ITSM that will automatically be completed with the custom date once it is calculated.

Hi Dimitri,

In one of my blog I have described about adding a Custom Field for Duration. You can use the same steps to do the required Configuration for a Custom date field in a Date profile.
