Cancellations and reschedulings are possible in the Resource Scheduler?

Hello experts,

Lets say I have assigned a field service technician to perform a service using the internal Resource Scheduler in Cloud for Service, then my customer calls to cancel or rebook the visit. Is it possible to cancel this assignment and reschedule it using the resource scheduler once it was already assigned to a resource?
