Opportunity Closing Date non-Mandatory

Hi SAPiets,

Can any one please tell me how to make the CLosing Date in opportunity Non-Mandatory.. By default and Standard this is Non-mandatory and this is not controlled by Incomepleteness Check

So please advice,,
