PCR to calculate consecutive time records on separate days as one

Hello,

I am very new to PCR's and schemas so please bear with me and be patient ;)

I received a request from our LR department to calculate consecutive time records over a 2 day period as one. For example, an employee who is doing standby time as below:

1)Monday: Standby from 5pm to midnight. 2) Tuesday: Standby from midnight to 830 am.

Employees who record this standby time as two time records will be paid differently than employees who enter this time as 1. The workaround is obvious - communication to employees to record as 1 entry. However, LR still wants to know if it is possible to reconfigure the rule to avoid the issue entirely.

Any thoughts??? Is this possible?

Thank you!!!!
Mireille

Hi Mireille,

Please check the Notes 356716 and 384588 for information regarding night shifts and how to handle them.

Best Regards,

Aman
