Hello Experts,
We sell services to customers which includes Man + Material
We take material from stores (out of system) & moves to customer place.
after completion of job, we return all material to stores again. (out of system process)
We have no connection of Sale Contract to PGI / PGR (maintained saperately)
Is any process available in BYD system?
Regards
Vishal Kambare
Hi Vishal,
You can use Material for Projects. Create a Project, have your spare parts maintained as To-Stock items procuring form the project. You can use "Consumption At Site", "Pre-delivery" and "Pick Up" scenarios for the items that you are procuring for the Project you have created.
If you create a project stock order, you can use your products with any of the above scenario. Please note that while creating project stock order you will always have the delivery rule as multiple delivery and as of now cannot change the delivery rule.
If you need more information on project stock orders please do let me know about the specifics so that i can help you.

Anand

Hi Vishal,
You can use the Pick-Up scenario available with service order processing. Create a Service Order with the spare parts you take to your customer site having Item Type as "Pick-Up" . These spare parts will be moved to your movable storage once the delivery document is released.
You can always bring back the spare parts you dod not use by creating Spare Parts return document.
I hope this helps.

Anand

Hi Anand,
Its the nearest one. but service order fulfilment wont server our complete requirement (man power, scheduling projection date etc)
Can we apply same logic in Projects? If yes, we would cover 85% requirement fulfilled..
Or can we have nested scenario? Under Service Order with partial project task?
