Problem with installing CRforVS 13_0_19

I went to update Crystal Reports for Visual Studio with update 19 and I am not sure why but it did not install

When I now try to uninstall the Runtime does not uninstall

If I go to Programs and Features and try to use that to uninstall the runtime it will not uninstall either

If I click on the CR installer it has the options Remove All or Reinstall Both come up with error 1606 could not access network location

How do I solve the problem?

Hi David,

That is a new error. It could be AV software blocking access, try clearing your \temp folder, may be something left over. CR for VS uses MSIExec, check MSDN for that error, they may have something about it.

Are you installing on a Redist App server PC or is this happening on your DEV PC?

Make sure you run it as a local PC Administrator.

And you can enable MSIExec logging, check MS's site on how to.
