Dear all,

i m new in SAP Knowledge warehouse. i implemented SAP KW7.0 and now i want to add some personal docs loke word/excel or ppt in content server.

Plz guide me for doing the same.

you should open 2 messages to SAP, one concerning the printing issues and one for the kep file creation.

well, there's a lot of things to do, here a short summary:

you have to configure the system according to the SAP KW configuration guide (http://service.sap.com/instguides).

you need the sap templates, the relevant transports are mentioned in the guide, without them, you can't work.

Then you have to create a context, in ta sii1 (change documentation), you have to switch to the context you created, create a folder, and then, within the newly created folder, you can create documents.

Dear Carl,

my KW7.0 server working fine. and now i need to download offline standard training contents by choosing option print structure with info objects. but here its getting downloaded in junk format not in word file format. it creates file named "oeprint.dot" and also shows some macro related error. as a part of solution, i applied latest gui patches, kpro2 patch, htmltidy.exe and note 368963 but still problem is outstanding.

2nd thing, i m also not able to create offline presentation. when i select option for that it asks for path to save it but after downloading procedure no any .kwe file getting created in specified path.

plz guide me for the solution as sooon as possible. its very urgent for me. hope ur quick reply.
