I need inputs on the feasibility of the following scenarios in SAP CRM ISA solution:

1. B2C customers should be able to see the previous orders / contracts given by him

2. B2C customers should be able to see all the customer specific information – Quote / contract / order history

I know that these scenarios can be handled in B2B Web Shop using the standard functionality.

My question is that are these scenarios possible in B2C , If Yes How?

Hi,

Quotation and Contracts have a specific purpose in B2B in the sense that the customers are organizations where you may possibly have a tie-up and special discounts etc. This is not true in B2C where the users are normally individual Users (Consumers).

I think the Order History must be true for B2B and B2C.

Order is history is definitely available in B2C. Its a standard functionality.

Hi,

In the standard once you login, goto the My Accounts Page and there you can see the Order History as a link on the left. Click on this link to see the order history. No specific customizing is required to achieve this feature.

Please confirm whether we can do this both for B2B as well as for B2C.

One more question -- Is there no way by which we can create a quotation or Contract in B2C.

For B2C u can not do quotation as well as contract.But if u get all those feature in B2bC scenario.

hi,

b2c customer can see his previous order/contracts easily .It is a standard feature.

In B2C quotation is not a standard feature just like B2B.But order history etc. features are available.

Could you be more specific in your answer?

Are these features are available in SAP CRM 5.0 or also in the previous versions, Because I am certified in 4.0.?

And where can we do these settings?

Hi,

i have no idea about CRM 5.0.

In CRM 4.0 there is no settings required for opening existing order(open+ completed).becz for every custoemr in CRM online one business partner having role consumer will be created.

Talking about favourite,history again so setting is reqd.But both of these things are session dependent.When u close the session(i.e logoff)data will be lost.

That's why standard B2C provides a feature called saving shopping basket.Here customer can put products in basket and save that basket for future use just like favourite.
