Sub-con PO Post yield variance during MIGO_GR

Hi Friends,

I have below requirement.

I have created Material master (special proc 30 sub-con) , BOM for finish good, sub con purchase info record and created standard cost estimate.

BOM for Finish Prod A -1 EA

Item ItCat Material Qty Comp scrap

10 L Component B 1 EA 40%

There is 40 % rejection during the process, standard cost includes the comp rejection, however actual rejection varies in each lot and the output for Product A varies for each lot.

For Ex, If we issue component B 100 EA to vendor, vendor will process and output is 55 EA (Actual Rejection =45 %)

Now I will create sub con PO, transfer the component B to vendor,

During GR, client want to post the 5% yield variance to a variance account.

Any idea, please advise.
