Has anyone used WebDynpro to interface with OSA?

Our company has started a project to utilize the Objective Setting and Appraisal (OSA) templates from SAP. Currently this functionality is delivered through BSPs, however we would like to use WebDypro instead. Has anyone attempted this? If so, I'm curious how you were able to link to the the OSA documents?

Thanks,

Karla

    Hello Karla,

For the BSP we have a standard class which supports customer own BSP's with all the needed events for appraisals.

Such a class is not available yet for Webdynpro. We are currently implementing a Webdynpro UI for OSA when this is delivered such an eventing class will aslo delivered.

However, for now you would need to handle all the needed events yourself. Have a look ath the class CL_HAP_BSP_DOCUMENT_UI to see which events you would need.

    Regards and Groetjes,

    Maurice

      Hello,

Most likely via a value pack for ERP2005. However I can't give you a definite answer here. Neither when this will be delivered.

    Hi,

perhaps you'd better post this question in the ERP HCM (HR) forum as well, as there are more people using OSA watching that forum.

    Regards, Heidi
