Hi Venkat,
Which navigation iView I need to take for pdf/doc files? Can you give me proper steps? Here is my requirement:
User will click on url then portal needs to open an ms-word file to show the data. So where I need to place that file and what iView I need to create. Please let me know the steps.
Regards,
Kiran.

hi,
also, if you are using TREX for Search cpapbility, then add the new FS repository to Index so you can search and index them.

Hi Damian,
1. You can create a Navigation iView (to display all documents under a folder) or a Document iView to display a particular document.
2. Specify the "Path" in the iView properties
3. Add it to a Page/Workset/Role.
You are done..
