Personas causing issues with latest support packs

Hi,

Our Basis team is installing the latest support package stack, which includes Personas 3.0 SP4 (we are already on that version). After the support packs are applied, ECC users who don't have Personas authorization get a blank screen for 30-60 seconds and then receive the following message when they launch the HTML GUI.

We did not have this issue prior to installing the support packs.

We have verified the resolutions listed in SAP Note 2313501, but they did not resolve the issue. We are already patched past other relevant notes, such as SAP Note 2276155.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

    Did you try to clear the browser cache and launch HTML GUI again?
