Hi experts,

I have good knowledge in SAP CRM sales(not mobile,not internet),just CRM sales theritical concept.

But I would like to improve practical knowledge in SALES.

If any body have the CONFIGARITION steps,please provide.

If you want to improve your practical knowledge in CRM Sales you should follow <b>CR300</b> course content of the SAP CRM.Hope it helps.

Or else you can try for SAP Best practice document.
