BO 11.5: Administrators cannot log in

Strange issue. I know this is an older version (Business Objects 11.5) but it's what we have. For some reason administrators cannot log into CMC or InfoView utilizing Windows AD...but regular user accounts can (non-admin accounts). And when I do log into CMC with my standard user account with AD authentication, I can see the domain admin account listed, configured, and a member of the "Administrators" group. This domain admin account has not been moved in AD, password has not been changed (I can log into servers just fine), and shows up fine in CMC.

Error I'm getting is the following:

"Account Information Not Recognized"

"Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again."

Any ideas why domain admin accounts (we have 2 configured in CMC) would not be able to log in utilizing AD authentication but a standard AD account can? Changes to AD groups auto-import fine as well into CMC.

BO 11.5/IIS 6.0/Server 2003/MySQL
