SAP certification

I have pass SAP PS certification on 29th july 2016 from Atos Origin authorized SAP training partner and have learning hub access.

I have doubt whether can i appear for N no certificates within one year by only paying the examination fee or do i need to gain exp in the field i want to obtain certification

For Eg- I want to obtain FICO certification so do i need to gain exp or just pay the exam fee and obtain the certification.
