when and How to use Warehouse process type 1012 ( Distributive putaway ) in sap ewm ?

Could anyone explain with one example?

Hi Sukumar

Whenever you are doing put away from GR staging to final bin by scanning the HU in RFUI, the first task which is HU task from Source to Resource is an example of distributive putaway created with WPT 1012.

Hi Sukumar,

Distributive putaway->Distribution of a putaway handling unit into the storage bins.

Products/ Mixed Products -> putaway handling unit

It means One HU hold one Warehouse order for putaway with multiple Warehouse tasks with different destination bins.It might be mixed products or single product.
