hello

i dont know why i have in the VM maschine

/usr/sap/HXE/HDB90/hxehost....

i read it has to be HDB00 ?? I cannot connect sap hana studio with hana db.

where can i change HDB90 to HDB00 or is this no problem?

i can no more login with : hdbsql -u SYSTEM -d SystemDB -p 9640hxeh

i also tried with: hdbsql -i 90 -u SYSTEM -d SystemDB -p 9640hxeh

how can i set a new password?

i get message: The System cannot be reached. The Logon data could not be used.

Do you want to add the system anyway?

Question: is it really a problem if HDB info shows to HDB90?

Can it be that the SYSTEM pw is too short? 9640hxeh

Hi,

No problem if you change in connection with different client.

If it is the new system then Import again DB with correct instance number by creating new connection with IMPORT option(HANA BD with Hana studio).

But honestly I don't think it is required. In Hana Studio you can specify the instance number, which in your case is 90.
