Hello Team,
On 7th March I checked the User details in Admin Console, but when I try to search again I am not able to find that user in Admin Console. Tried with all possibilities but no luck.
I logged on to database to check the user details and under A_IPHONE_DEVICE device details not found.
Checked in A_LOG_Message no record found on delete or revoke or remove.
User is having Config Payload profile on his device, not sure what happened.
Please suggest.
Regards,
VP
Hi Vinayak,
I would recommend collaborating with other Admins as it's possible someone deleted that record by mistakenly. Afaria Log does not log that kind of data and when an iOS device is deleted without sending Remote Wipe or Remove Control command, device will have config payload on it. Deleting device record in Afaria Admin does not send Remove Control command to remove config payload.
As Atsushi mentioned in above post, you can review translation log to find out who deleted that device record.
Thank you,
Sejal

If someone deletes an iOS device record from the Afaria Administrator console, the action can be viewed in the server log. You can search the "Message" column for the keyword "Deleted". You will see that data about a device record is being deleted, and you can also see who was the admin doing the deletion. This same information should also be in A_LOG_MESSAGE table.
Hi VP,
What is your database?
In the case of SQL Anywhere, you may confirm the situation by the following methods.
1931906 - How to review the transaction log file to find out which user issued a transaction
Log Translation utility (dbtran)
