How to Guide for Reporting Agent ( Valueset)..URGENT...

Hi Gurus,

I have a standard business scenario. One Info provider generate a report for top 10 customers by division, by revenue (monthly report) and other query from different infoprovider takes those top 10 customers per division and provide the required detail. I tried to use Value Set but I am not getting the desired result and looking for a HOW TO GUIDE... to meet my reporting requirement.

Also both reports are monthly reports so we need to calculate top 10 customers every month. Is there any guidance about variant configuration for value set?
