How to change Start of validity per.for the rebate index for the customer KNVV-BOIDT

Hi community,

We are using retroactive rebate. To activate it for a customer the user must activate the
"Indicator: Customer Is Rebate-Relevant" in Customer Master Sales Data (field KNVV-BOKRE). If they set this field the related field "Start of validity per.for the rebate index for the customer" (KNVV-BOIDT) will be automatically set to the actual date.

Sometimes the users forget to set it on the correct date. If they set it later then they can't calculate rebate for previous billing documents. New set up of VBOX table with report RV15B001 don't insert the relevant records for billing docs before the activation date.

Is it possible to set the start date KNVV-BOIDT manually with a standard report/transaction? Within normal customer master data transactions the field is not visible.
