Is there an SAP note I could perhaps to implement for thi?

Hi Guys

I have experienced exact same problem that Deena experienced but on ITSM 7.2 SP2, although I have populated my solution category and solution text but it still does not update the related incident status to proposed solution when I update problem transaction status from which I created the related incident.

Additionally after I have maintained the solution text and solution category in the problem it gives error messages saying that I must populate it still, when I try saving saving and it does save the problem transaction but does not update the related incident as explained above.

Please assist

You should really upgrade your system to SP04.
