when I use hci send one person data to SAP ECC system,hci error message :"Data for user id 15764 can't be returned: Please provide a job for compensation with start date 2017-02-06".The person created on date has been changed.

When processing hire action into SuccessFactors employee center in mycompany, the compensation information tab isn't opened for HR operator.

How can I do for the compensation information not be create when hiring,or the compensation auto update with hire date?

Seems there is a time slice in compensation where it does not hold the relevant job information details. You need to review this with the respective HR or who ever has maintained data for this employee.
