I seem to have had success with my report... I started again from scratch, adding fields to groups as required... and for some reason this time it has created the CSV files as I wanted... with only a single one for "Objects" instead of creating separate ones for "PCOL" and "Incidents". I'm thinking that when I first tried to do this, I might not have set the fields to "Table as Text" before I added them to the required groupings. My subreport is now working properly and is not repeating data.
