Multivalue field data in subreport is repeating

Hi there

I have inserted a subreport that pulls in data from another module of the database. One of the field sets I need to include involves multi value fields and these fields are being repeated. I have linked the subreport back to the main module but the repetitions are still occurring.

I am attaching a .txt copy of the report file, including current data.

I need the Loan record to show all attached Object records and for each Object record, the Incident fields are the ones causing undesired repetition. For some reason, the fields from the PCOL.csv table, which are also multivalue, do not cause this issue when the fields from the Incident.csv table are removed.

Can anyone see what I'm missing that is causing the Incident.csv data to cause repetition?

Hi there

I seem to have had success with my report... I started again from scratch, adding fields to groups as required... and for some reason this time it has created the CSV files as I wanted... with only a single one for "Objects" instead of creating separate ones for "PCOL" and "Incidents". I'm thinking that when I first tried to do this, I might not have set the fields to "Table as Text" before I added them to the required groupings. My subreport is now working properly and is not repeating data.
