Experts, I am experiencing a problem on a single computer on the network of a client respective that presents the error mentioned in the subject of the incident, it is with Windows 8.1 PRO operating system, however there are other computers with the same operating system with correct operation. I have already uninstall and reinstall, also Firewall and Anti-virus disabled. Regards, Service Desk

Hi,

I assume the client can ping to the server.

Have you deleted SAP folder in program files after uninstalling the client?
