How to maintain Flight Name and Seat Preference in TRIP

Hi,At the Time of Travel Request ,Employee tell the Travel Desk to book the ticket on particular flight and seat preference,But it is not available in Trip. Is any standard functionality available to activate these fields?????

Hi,

Travel privileges like flight preference are maintained not in TRIP but in Inforypes 470, 471, 472, 473, 475.

Thanks Monika,Right now i am facing the error above" No Flight for the request". Client not using any external travel site for booking ticket. Employee just request the flight Name so that Travel Desk Call to the Travel Vendor for Ticket. Once conformation received from Vendor ,s

FITP_PROFIL is an own WDA application. (you cannot change travel privileges in travel plan directly)

But how user maintain it through ESS???

For all this we need to create custom page or we can maintain it in Travel Plan. I Try to maintain travel Plan which almost meet my requirement but unfortunately it goes to external reservation system and getting below error.
