SAP service Purchase order payment in term of % of work

Hi Experts,

We have requirement to pay from service PO in term of installment say based on work completion.

Eg - PO is of 20,000.

Now we want to make payment for the po based on % of work completed.

1.5 % on design and drawing

2.55% on supply of pipes

3.15% on laying of 50 % pipes

4.15% on laying of 100% of pipes

5.5% on successful testing

6.5% after trail run success of one month.

PO is liked to wbs.

Your requirement can also be achieved by using Partial Invoicing plan. please check!!

For advance payment you can only maintain one time advance payment, but through invoicing plan you can make payment as per the completion of your work/Project.

Create Service purchase order with service line item as 100 quantity and use unit of measure as %.

Then during creation of service entry sheet, use percentage as quantity as per your requirement.

Actually 5 % on design and drawing is not a part of PO and service entry is not required for same. Can it be done through advance payment?

If this 5 % is not related to PO, then you can't create document w.r.t Purchase order.

You can make an invoice without reference to PO.
