SAP Integration plan in Project preparation phase

Hello

We got a new project . It is to integrate exisiting SAP with non sap legacy systems via SAP XI. data like sales orders/invoices/inventory etc will move to legacy and some data will come from legacy into SAP.

I have list of of interfaces at high level (what all needs to be sent,i.e. sales order history of last 3 yrs, inventory data , top selling material etc t to legacy ).

we are in project preparation phase and i need to prepare sap integration plan but I do not know what all activities I need to include in the plan. what should be in the sap integration plan . iam an SD consultant.

Can someone guide pls ?

Hi Sachin,

I am facing the same problem as yours right now. I am also an SD consultant and was recently assigned to the Integration part.

I hope you've completed your tasks on the integration plan without issues. I'm just wondering if maybe you give me guidelines on that matter. Anything would be greatly appreciated.

I am also an SD functional. I suppose your project has already been completed by now. I am just wondering if you can share any guidelines about the integration plan as I am currently engaged to the integration part right now in my current project.
