How to extend IDOC for SALES in C4C

Hello,

Gurus.

I'm in a C4C implementation and I have an issue:

When I try to extend IDOC in WE30 the error message "Action is not possible for generated idoctypes" appears.

I saw in many blogs we need to use transaction BDFG but I don't understand how to use.

The idocs are:

COD_REPLICATE_SALES_ORDER01 for outbound and SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT202 for inbound

The badi for fill the extend segment for idoc COD_REPLICATE_SALES_ORDER01 is COD_SLS_SE_SPOT_SALESORDER

I'm also looking for a solution to this issue. What I found so far is the SAP note 1579037, that describe exactly the problem, but I did not able to understand the solution that they propose. Have you found a solution for this?

You will need to use BAPI Extensions. There might be also a way dealing with this using BDFG but I'm not overly sure
