Scenario:

in New SCN if I want to follow another fellow member, I go to profile and click "Follow", it does not work in first attempt.

Steps:

1. I am reading a blog or question -> click on respected Member's name -> Click on Follow -> reciieve an error message -> "The following was unsucessfull"! .

2. I go back to the Blog / Question post -> click again on respected Member's name -> Click on Follow -> reciieve an error message -> "The following was Sucessfull"!

It happens to me 2/3 times last week, Please look into this whether it is a Bug.

Thanks,

Krish

Hi Krish,

We know about a few network issues from last week that could result in the following to be failing. I would like to ask you to try following/unfollowing the person in question a few times, waiting 3-4 seconds between pushing the button repeatedly and let me know if you still face the error.

Thanks,

Gabi

Thanks for reporting this, Krish. We have seen this happen -- but in isolated cases.

Would you be able to let me know which members you had trouble following (meaning you clicked follow on a person's profile, and got an error message)?

Hello Jerry,

as far I can remember one example is Patricia Kellner.
