Hello,
Pls. advise if SAP CRM activity and workflow could be integrated with IBM Lotus Notes. As I understand that both SAP and IBM says it is possible. I need to know how powerful the interaction is with Lotus Notes calendar and not only e-mails. If you were involved in the actual interaction implementation, any challenges that you have faced.
Thanks for the answer. I'll reward you with points as well.

Meanwhile this company confirmed that with their adapter it is possible to pull data (every N minutes/period) from Lotus and send to ... in our case CRM .
They are mentioning bidirectional interfaces.

Hello Amit,
you may also consider using SAP Exchange Infrastructure and the XINotes adapter (http://www.xinotes.com). Currently there are a couple of projects ongoing that connect CRM to Lotus using XI.
Please contact me directly via eMail if you need more information on those projects.
Regards
Michael

Hi Amit
You have 2 options
(a) Server level - Use Groupware Integration between CRM Server and Domino Server.
(b) If using Laptop Solution - A Client side connector with Lotus client.
It will help you primarily integrate Calendar/Activities and Contact Persons/Address Books.
I was associated with some of such implementations, and it is working fine there. Still we have scope of improvement though.
Interestingly, Duet solution could offer some good alternatives for atleast Microsoft Users. IBM Lotus note users need to wait.
HTH
Warm Regards
Vijay
