SAP CRM 7.0 Field "Category" in business transaction

Hi All,

I am new to CRM.

I need to add / change the categories("Category" field) in the below business transcation. This is a "Z" service request that gets created in our CRM Basically this field defines what is the soucre of the Service request created. I tried to search the config in the Communication channnel.

Any idea where this is configures in SPRO?
