profit center plan is not saving

Dear All

I have completed all steps required for profit center planning but I'm still having below problems:

- In 7KEX the file is uploaded and status is OK but nothing appears in planned values in report S_ALR_87013326 - Profit Center

- When trying to type planned values manually using 7KE1, the excel sheet is not allowing editing, I made it unprotected and entered values but I'm having below message:

No changes made

Message no. KM623

what should I do?

Try with pasting 0 and save it once.

After that paste the required value and save ( 7KE1.)

Dear Experts

As for 7ke1 I found it was an authorization problem and it's posted normally.

but I'm still having the same problem with 7kex although I've tried with sapall authorization!
