Hi,
The platform is running Crystal Reports inside SAP BI launch pad inside IE 11.
I am troubleshooting an issue a user experiences running a crystal report within the environment.
I am making modifications to the report, publish and ask user to check.
As a developer with admin right on the 'SAP BusinessObjects BI launch pad' is there a way to log on as the user and test the changes under his permission/rights ?
Thank you.
Hello Prakash,
If you have admin rights, go to CMC and create Enterprise Alias of the user and give a password to it. Steps are:
1. In CMC under "Users and Groups", select required users, right click and select properties
2. At right hand bottom corner click on "New Alias"
3. Give an appropriate password.
Once done, you can go to the link: http://ServerName:8080/BOE/BI/logonNoSso.jsp
There you can select authentication as Enterprise, user name and password (which you updated earlier in Enterprise Alias) and login using that user.
Thanks,
Deepak

Best way is to create a dummy user and add it to the user group group.
Or you can check with your BO Admin, regarding any existing dummy accounts (In my organization we are using it)
