Hi everyone!!
In my Excel Report I have 6 columns. Some of the rows are empty but in these empty rows one column "Goods Recepient" is represented by a #. I would like to supress the entire row. How could I do that? I need to submit this report urgently, so hope to get an immediate reply.
Thanks.
Select a key figure and create a condtion where Key Figure not equal to 0 so that query will retrieve the data which is having key figure value not equal to 0.

Hi
Try using supress zeros -> go to query properties->display tab-> suppress zeros active -> effect on rows.
You can find the similar options once you execute the query in BEx analyzer-> use right mouse click context menu.

Sebastian,
Open Goods recipient in the query designer and say Exclude "#" , but that would remove the values also , if youo do not want to show the # but want the rest of the fields , you could put the Goods Recipient in the Free Characteristics area and achieve the same.
