query related to inner join V/S all entries........

Hi all,

I have a dought ...related to join and all entries

Which one will be the better as per performance prospective :

1>For all entries

or

2> using inner join condition

i am combining 2 tables ...

but in my where clause is having 6-7 condition if i used inner join concept...
