Mass Change Condition Valid Date of Purchasing Info Record

Former Member

Lots of condition valid date of purchasing info record was wrong. I am trying to use program RM06IBI0(LSMW) to correct it.

But when I assign a new date, it just splits the wrong valid date. for example:

old: 2006/01/01 - 9999/12/31

assign new vaild to date: 2006/07/31

then: 2006/01/01 - 2006/07/31

2006/08/01 - 9999/12/31

Any idea to achieve? Thank you.

Hi,

I faced the same problem.

I think, BDC of ME12 is the option available.

Hi Chan ,

Its not the wrong , SAP doing in the right way , but we have to find out y it is going like that .

as per my understanding , i think u have POs which have delivery date in future .

to overcome this issue first u have to delete the Old entry and create a new entry with new Val.date.

but when I use me12, I can select a period, and then modify the date. as the example above.

old: 2006/01/01 - 9999/12/31

assign new vaild to date: 2006/07/31

then: 2006/01/01 - 2006/07/31

That's what i want to.

If i delete all the old purchasing info record and than recreate them, it's terrible job.
