Dear All

I am not able to Remove/Edit the Role From Existing Assignments while creating a Access Request in GRC . I have my new request type having Action as :Create/Change/Remove/Assign/Retain/Change. Please assist . I have the error as :Master Single Role for XXXX is assigned ot user in System XX. The action Retain Change can not be performed . I have verified User has Role assigned in back end and GRACRLCONN has User to role assignment as well.Pls suggest

I am having the exact same issue as you in my GRC system. were you able to find a solution to this?

If not could you please validate through the tables and reports that the systems users-to-role assignments are correct? I have left details about that in my own notes.

Hi Premraj, did you try running a full repository sync? Make sure that no incremental sync runs concurrently and that no other GRC system is syncing from the same backend system at that time.

Hi Premraj,

If you are trying to remove the existing role assigned to user then use the Provisioning Action as "Remove" instead of "retain/Change".
