Need clarification about code CO03 (Prod. Order Display)

Our customer reported "when checked s/order no. 11202565 > Operation 0700, under Short Text was BLANK. But when check CA03 (Display Routing) the Description shows PACKING.

As what i understand, under CO03 also should appear the same description - PACKING."

Question, why this can be happen?

Is there any possibility it would be affected the orders?

could anyone address this issue.

Hi

There is a chance to change or delete shortext in Production order create/change (cO01 or CO02)intentionally or by mistake. please check

No. It is order level change. This change will effect for particular order. I think this is one type of provison SAP has given.
