input variable in query in WAD

Hi Experts,

I am trying to develop dashboard in Web Application Designer. In this I have added five reports. All these querries have "fiscal year" as an input and based on it some restricted key figures.

Now when I run the dash board on input variable entry screen it asks for input fiscal year five times and in every input box user has to enter the year. Since it is same fiscal year on which all five querries are running is it not possible to except this only once.

Please help . it is urgent. I would appreciate ur time and advice with points.

Hi Wrushali

If you are using 1 web template for 5 queries and the fiscal year variable used in 5 queries is same then do following -

Go to WAD and select web template properties -> here in properties of web item select the check box ON for "Display same variable only once" .
