Cannot get BOE 4.0 to print

I have just upgraded to BOE 4.0 and cannot get the printing functionality to work. I have the printer drivers loaded on the server but the BOE does not recognize/connect to them. I tried manually entering them in through applications, crystal reports configuration, printer list and I enter the printer name then \\servername\printer name and it still does not recognize the printer(but it does add it to the printer list) If I remove the printing functionality completely the scheduled reports work great. . ! Please Help. . !
