Mapping T077D SCU3 logs to the 'Define Account Groups with Screen Layout (Customers)' configuration

Hello All,

I am working on SAP GRC PC, and we are monitoring the table T077D for changes via the CCM functionality. In this, changes for fields - FAUSA, FAUSF and FAUSV for table T077D, are captured from SCU3 and displayed in GRC PC.

Now, I have been able to understand that in table T077D, 'Required entry' is '+', 'Suppress' is '-', Display is '*' and 'Optional entry' is '.'.

However, when I look at the configuration 'Define Account Groups with Screen Layout (Customers)' (for T077D) and try to relate these values to the SCU3 logs, they are not being mapped in any specific order.

Is there any specific way in which I could determine that which setting in 'Define Account Groups with Screen Layout (Customers)' (for T077D) maps to which entry in SCU3.

Hi Himanshu,

Even If you get the change logs for field FAUSA, FAUSF and FAUSV, then I don't think control owner will understand by looking into exception what has been changed until you closely compare the complete string of the old and new values. So as per my understanding change log is not ideal for this table. You can however still create it to notify control owner that something is changed.

So I would suggest based on my experience, create a value check rule and use BRF+ rule using sub string function to detect if the screen layout(display, mandatory etc.) for key fields (specific position in the string) for accounts group in scope has been set properly or there has been a deviation.
