0CUST_SALES wrong Master Data Issue

Hi,

We have loaded MD in 0CUST_SALES which has Distribution channel, Division, Sales Org etc in compounding. On Checking master data it's showing correct values like :

--> Customer Number Customer Group SO DC ( 1 Z9 1000 11 )

But as soon as data is loaded into FIAR Infocube which has this 0CUST_SALES without any Div and Sorg, it creates another record in 0CUST SALES as :

--> ( 1 ( null ) (null ) ( null ) )

As we are using customer group in navigation attribute in report.it picks up the value from the above record and it shows NULL value due to which records are coming wrong.

[ MD is activated, we have emptied master data again and again reloaded but as soon as Data is moved between DSO to Infocube, new rows are created as mentioned above and it is causing major issues in report ].

Please suggest a solution.
