MultiSource universe in IDT

Hi,

Unable to create multisource universe on Netezza 7.2 version connections in Information Design Tool (IDT). Connections are grayed out while creating multisource universe, however able to create single source universe on same connection. When I put my cursor on the check box, it is showing "This data source is not supported in multisource-enables data foundations."

Environment is

BOBJ 4.2 SP3, Netezza 7.2, ODBC driver (nz-winclient-v7.2.1.1-P1).

Please help me to fix this problem.

Hi, I am facing the same issue with Netezza connection in 4.2 SP3. Till now, we were able to use the connection for multisource universe, suddenly with the upgrade of 4.2 SP3. we were unable to use Netezza for creating multisource universe.

let me know if you have know any solution for this.

I checked with my basis team and they confirmed be the above steps. but still not able to create a multisource data foundation.

how do add and check data Federator service in the Adaptive process server

is Adaptive process server spilt in CMC?

is data Federator service added in the Adpative process server?

or try to update host name & Port number in Adaptive Processing server and restart the server.After that check.
