Sybase IQ, migrate users and passwords

Bonjour,

I need to create a Sybase IQ 16 Dev database with a Sybase IQ 15.4 Prod Database but I need to keep users and passwords from my Dev env.

Now that my database is upgraded, how can I replace the current users with the users from Sybase !Q 15 env?
