I have a workflow question.
our custmer has workflow for EDI orders to be directed to the appropriate Customer Service Reps inbox. They are having difficulty when the CSR is out sick or on vacation - how can they make the inbox shared or designate a backup that can look at the CSRs orders in their absence without sharing user IDs? Is there a standard way of "sharing" an inbox so that someone can cover for you when you are out of the office?
Thanks
Sapien

Hi,
The standard way is to use substitute agents.
You can mention possible agents.
The other way is, you can create org structure with a position CSR and assign the users to this position.
Then use this position as your agent.
The inbox can not be shared.
