Hi,

We want to use SAP CRM EHP4 with S41610 for Utilities Industry.

In this scenario can SAP Fiori launchpad on S4H16010 replace CRM WebUI ?

regards,

Sagar

Great answer Emmanuel.

Sagar, Don't forget you can copy and rename those tiles to something more meaningful in the Fiori Launchpad Designer.

By the way the usual recommendation would be to use the Fiori Launchpad as the single point of entry for all of the user's apps.

Hello

Please see https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3854165

And see also http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-58178

To resume, in the S41610 Fiori Launchpad, you deploy a catalog which contains a tile with a link to the CRM web UI or the CRM Fiori launchpad.

If this new catalog is assigned to a user, this user will be able to use the new tile in his launchpad. He will see a tile called for example "To CRM Web UI" or "To CRM Fiori" and when he clicks on, the CRM webUi or the CRM fiori launchpad is opened in a new tab.

At the opposite, you can create a link in the CRM WebUI to open the S41610 Fiori Launchpad or create a new tile in the CRM Fiori Application catalog on the CRM 7.0 ehp4 to open the S41610 Fiori launchpad.
